This may only apply to US player's but it is kinda weird?I made a BTC deposit into my acct. at SLOTASTIC today and it has been over 11/2 hours and my Coinbase acct. states that the deposit has been confirmed. But when I went to my acct. at SLOTASTIC it is still not there? So I try CS as I had spoken to them only a half hour earlier. And to my surprise I got this in my CS box(Your request could not be completed, as the account you are attempting to reach is no longer active.)
What acct. which acct.?I tried several times and the same response. So I went to SLOTOCASH and tried the CS there and lo and behold the very same response? This is not only weird but very concerning as I have a $25.00 deposit out there some where.
I then tried UPTOWN and the same there? This is very odd I have never gotten this sort of response from a casino CS before?So folk's any one else have this problem?MMMM?
