Vegas Regal Casino - don't know what to do next

Hi to all,

I have opened an account @ Vegas Regal Casino and received their $12 Free No Deposit Bonus for signing up, read the T&C and bonus rules(35x wr, min/max withdraw 25/75).I couldn't install the software so played the flash version; only classic slots.

I was lucky(playing 0.15/0.20 slot bets) and won over the max withdraw limit(75).

I have deposited the minimum 25EUR required using VISA card but didn't notice that you can not withdraw back to VISA and the only options are e-wallets(NETELLER, Moneybookers, etc.).

If I have noticed that, I would have used moneybookers from the beginning for my first min deposit.

Because I didn't used moneybookers/neteller at my first deposit I can't try to withdraw(my first deposit plus max75 winnings) using that options so

I have emailed them asking to withdraw via moneybookers even if I didn't

first used moneybookers but VISA at the vegas regal cashier.

After one day I didn't received any email from vegas regal casino support

and I don't want to deposit second time using moneybookers to activate my

MB email in the cashier system.

After that again, kind of late, I saw what the stories on casinomeister forum tell about them(not very good things).

What do you think I should do next???

A year or so again they removed many banking options leaving only Moneybookers and Neteller. As such, though I won $100 I couldnt withdraw it. Given that they have gone downhill in the past year you will be taking a gamble as to whether to deposit another $25 to get your $100 out. It should be noted though, that most Rivals, bar those managed by the notorious John, have always paid legitimate winnings in the past.

I agree with Chuchu; although I have them listed as "rogue" on my sites - I think they will pay.

Unbelievably (because of all people, I should know better) I am in the exact same boat with a different Rival casino;
Took the free-play offer, won, deposited £25 with Visa (because I was forced to open a £ account - my Neteller is $ and MB is €), made the WR and only then thought to check the cashier... :o

I haven't done anything yet because I have about £200 over the maximum which I can wager for comp points - but when I get my balance down to the max withdrawal I guess I will have to use NT or MB and just bite the bullet on the exchange fees that will incurr... :(

Players may wish to note that for most Rival casinos comps are not accrued thru playing with a no-deposit bonus.

That is true - good point.
In my case I'm not playing a No-Deposit bonus - it's a free-play bonus where I had to make a deposit.
I guess that's why I definitely am accruing points.

They don't want to pay via moneybookers until I make my first deposit using the same method.
If I'll do that I will report here if I get paid back.

They took my deposit with VISA but they can't give it back unless I make a charge back that will void the casino winnings.
