Hi Brendan,

My name is Kate XXXXXXX (account no: 2XXXXXX) and I just wanted to let you know my thoughts on one of your staff members called Mark XXXXXXX with whom I spoke to earlier today.

After informing him of my issues with Digiweb, he very kindly and professionally talked me through my concerns, all of which had a positive outcome. His telephone manner, listening skills and patience are to be commended, he explained everything in understandable language, qualities which are sadly lacking in many companies today, he never hurried me at any time and has totally reignited my faith in Customer Care.

I asked Mark for his boss's e-mail address as I just had to let you know of this outstanding gentleman.

Kind Regards,

Kate

Blowing your own trumpet eh! Don't blame you, nice to be thanked from above and a customer at the same time. I know where she's coming from - a few times (but seldom) I have experienced a sh!tty situation only to have all my concerns removed and resolution in a smooth professional and patient manner. It reminds me that I should make the effort on occasions to do what this lady did, and send some appreciation. People rush about nowadays and rarely bother to take the time to do so.

Aye,my ego likes to be pleased as well sometimes hehehehe....
I just shared it as I think a lot of casino's have also excellent CS like Guts,Redbet,Betat,Bet365 any many more.
But also some casino's have absolute terrible CS agents, and when dealing with them I feel they are not in the slightest interested in me or my issue...
Just want to make those casino's realise how important CS is as it represents your whole company in every facet.

I deal with payment, billing, technical and sales queries so if I mess up my employer might lose a customer or a potential customer. :)
