As a matter of fact my b-day was 11 days ago and they are the only casino I deposit at regularly that didn't even say happy birthday. I emailed support after losing for the 20th time in a row and they told me "yes, we do give out birthday chips.... just not by them. Try emailing promotions@buzzluck instead of support@buzzluck." Hahaha ! Nothing like being made to feel unwanted.

I too play there at one of their casinos everyday almost and got one small frree money once from one in the group.

I wonder how they are thinking? What is different between their customers?

From time to time I make a few deposits at ClubWorld. I never use a bonus.
After a few I go to their chat and ask if it's not time for a free chip, and they have never denied me.
Sometimes for $15 and up to $75 depending on my deposits.
I'm never rude, or complaining about losing or so, and if they would say no, I still wouldn't complain.
