I went onto live chat to see if you accepted uk players, and gave up after 15 minutes of being '1' in the queue.
I know you don't now, but if I was first in the queue, then why was I waiting 15 minutes?

I can understand that 15 minutes is littlebit too much for waiting time. But sometimes the livechat colleagues have alot to do so thats why we have a que time for that.
You can ask us you questions as well.
For giving you a answer for your question, at the moment we dont have any UK license and thats why we cannot accept players from UK for this time.
In future we will have a UK license.
