Hi all,

I recently signed up for Sunset Slots. After making a few deposits, I blew through the first two pretty quickly. The third deposit, I got on a pretty decent winning streak..... After meeting the w+d bonus requirements, I decided I better make a withdrawal request before I continue playing: my balance was at 10k!!!!! After my document submission and confirmation call I placed my withdrawal request for $1,000; couple days later I logged on to the site and discovered that my withdrawal request was denied. I asked the person in chat about this and he said the Security dept. had received and approved my documents, but accounting had not received my email regarding my bank's tracking and account #. I told him that I had indeed sent the email to accounting. He said the withdrawal would be processed very soon. A couple days later, I logged on again and noticed my second withdrawal request was also denied. I asked why and was given an explanation that it was a mistake, and to resubmit my request. Alex, the 'VIP-manager' at the casino said my withdrawal would be processed immediately. I like working with him, so hopefully everything pans out.

In-between waiting, I broke my personal rule of leaving the money alone until I see proof of a deposit. I played some slots at extremely high wagers and had a VERY nice winning streak. Well, guess what, now my winning account balance is over $40,000!! I can provide some cool screen shots as proof. ;-)

So, the wait continues, but I will keep everybody updated. There's been some bad reviews posted about Sunset Slots, but maybe they're not so bad... The customer support seems to be very helpful. I will continue to report about my experiences here. I truly hope I get withdrawals from them. Maybe after the first withdrawal is successful, the following ones will be also.. Another bummer is that my max withdrawals are currently capped at $1000. Oh well, maybe that will change.

I'm really hoping this casino offers more video poker options. They only have 3 so far, but a manager at the casino said they were going to be adding more soon. Lets hope. I like this place so far.

Good luck everyone!
Zac

Wasn't this a Rival casino before, who failed their BBF in here?

Now a TopGame = Not trusted, with weekly payouts of max $1000 and that can take over 2 weeks to get processed.
Nice one...not

I recall they failed due to some legal issues regarding them obtaining a list of prospective players, or maybe it was affiliates. I don't think it was due to no-pay issues

You're correct and I shouldn't have written it as a question I guess.

I wonder if the OP will be able to not reverse anything during the 40 weeks it will take to get paid.
If he does he might end up with the double cashout for 80 weeks:D

You reversed and played back a 10k balance at a casino with a 1k weekly withdrawal limit????? Why the hell does anyone ever deposit at crapholes like this which make it nearly impossible to win and relax and get your money?? DRATT!! (Didn't Read All The Terms) is why.

It won't change, I can guarantee that as now they know you are a 'reverser'.
I hate reading shit like this, as I wish the poster had come here to tell us they did this all at a good reliable casino instead of opening a can of worms and a whole lot of delay and stress.
This is going to end in tears.
Be fun to see your screenshots anyway.....

In fact I'm starting to think this is a whole lot of BS as you state 'you like the place so far'. This is despite them holding a 40k balance they (may) drip-feed you at 1k per week?

If I was in you position and found out AFTER winning 40k the pay-out limits were 1k a week I wouldn't be 'liking' them at all, in fact I'd be spitting blood at them for being such shysters, and myself for not reading the terms.

You LIKE a casino when you've won, been paid in full and promptly. Sunset Slots? Let's hope the sun doesn't set on your hopes of seeing a cent of this win.

On their front page 'up to $9999 in bonuses'. They're going to need a few of those $9999 deposits to pay you out

Well, I would rather receive larger payouts for sure: lump sum would be even better obviously. Maybe if I had done more research perhaps I wouldn't have chosen it. However, like the previous poster said, it got nailed because of an issue other than not paying players... I've read mixed reviews on other sites. I just hope the casino will pay me! Reading reviews on here leads me to believe many casinos have issues with first payouts. I will say, though, that it was frustrating to have my withdrawal request denied twice without an e-mail explanation, or even a phone call? I had to physically open the app and look at my account information to see the status update. Also, I never reverse withdrew 10,000. I wouldn't even be able to submit a withdrawal request for that amount, most likely. Now, though, with such a large balance if I play at all it will be jacks or better for small denominations. I will feel *much* more comfortable after several payments have been sent to me. I'll keep everybody updated!

It's not 41k anymore.. I think its around 40k now. It's definitely the most I have 'won' anywhere. Guess I'll let everyone know how it goes.

Hope the forum can see this attached picture.

I can assure you that you can't find many people in this forum who dare to play or trust any TopGame casino.
It's like a bad word, and looking at their history they are bad too.

Do a search for TopGame and not just Sunset slots and you will find very interesting things to read.

Mostly I think it's sad that they even are mentioned in case some people get tempted to try them.
But if we also warn them and ask them to do a search then it's good anyway I guess.

Good luck with your 40 weeks of waiting ;)

I would suggest you stop playing completely until you start getting some payments. I have a feeling that they are just looking for a reason not to pay you. The more you play the more opportunity you have to break some stupid rule that will give them the ammunition they need to confiscate your entire balance.
Play on a bonus is never really done until you cash out and are paid.

True wisdom there!

Just FYI in case you didn't know:
Sunset Slots were a Rival gaming casino until March 3rd when they suddenly switched to Top Game.
I promoted the Rival version on my website for 2 years - they were very popular and I had no complaints from players.
The rep from this group seems like a very nice guy - in fact, you might have met him as he was at the CM party in Feb.
I decided NOT to add the Top Game version to my site because I was unhappy about some of the standard TG T&Cs which were still being used. The rep was supposed to be looking into what they can change - but I haven't heard from him in weeks. I will chase him now...

Like I said, this is just for your information and has no effect on this particular case.

I do hope I never talked to the guy then :)

I still have to wonder if the reason they changed to TopGame had anything to do with the reason they failed BBF here.
Thinking again then they should have changed the name too:rolleyes:

I don't think I ever will trust a casino that are using that software after all scandals. Maybe that's not fair but it's what my gut is telling me.

The saga continues..

Hadn't received an email or call regarding my withdrawal. So, I accessed my account on the app and discovered that the status had changed from 'Pending' to 'Approved.' However, not in the amount of $1000, but rather $500.

Hello?

Thanks for contacting us! A support rep will be with you shortly.
Support. 01:19:45
Hi there
me 01:21:21
Hi. I put in a request for a withdrawal for $1000 from my account. That was declined, and it looks like somebody put in a seperate request for withdrawal on my accound for $500. It says 'approved,' but Alex told me that my withdrawal limit was $1000
me 01:21:31
So why was it reduced to $500?
Support. 01:22:23
Let me take a look Zach
Support. 01:22:27
Just a minute
me 01:23:03
It's ridiculous
Support. 01:25:06
Looks like indeed $500 was the most it could be approved for. The thing is that you're on the VIP Bronze level, where the payout is UP to $1000, depending on account activity, and there's several tiers of Bronze
me 01:25:44
500$ a week?
me 01:26:01
That really makes me not want to play at this casino anymore :\
Support. 01:26:56
it's a very simple structure Zachary, loyalty to the casino is judged by account activity, the more active it is the higher you can go. Players get out even 100k a week
me 01:27:10
I deposited $1500, and made more money than I have at any casino. It's an exciting feeling. But it's a slap in the face to be limited to only 500$
me 01:28:10
Funny, though, that there's no concrete measurement of "account activity." I have no way of knowing how much time/play is required to climb a tier
Support. 01:28:51
It's only fair Zachary, I mean all the withdrawal limits per VIP tiers are put on the website in plain view. If you don't agree with them, you don't need to register, but once you do I think we can agree you can't expect to be a Gold level VIP after just a few deposits
Support. 01:29:22
And increase in VIP level is mostly a managerial decision, accounts are constantly reviewed
me 01:29:39
Thats's true. However, 'vip-manager' alex told me I could withdrawal $1000 a week
me 01:31:24
Now I check my withdrawal history, and it shows my most recent request was cancelled and replaced with $500
Support. 01:32:17
$500 was approved, the rest was returned to your cash balance
me 01:32:18
Anyways, it's nothing personal, I'm not angry at you. Just frusturated is all...
Support. 01:32:41
Understandable, no worries, you can't take things personally in this line of work :)
me 01:32:57
Um, I'm sure you've heard worse
me 01:33:16
especially when people lose
Support. 01:33:21
And to be honest, I'll have to check back in chats, maybe Alex forgot to mention the up to part, really can't say without seeing first hand
Support. 01:33:27
You can only imagine :)
Support. 01:33:32
This is very civil actually
me 01:33:55
Yeah. Check the chats if you have the time. There's not that many.
me 01:34:01
But no worries.
me 01:34:34
By chance, do you have any idea when this payment will be processed?
Support. 01:34:58
When it will actually reach you you mean?
me 01:35:16
That, and when you will submit it to your processors.
me 01:35:50
I don't think you can know when it will actually reach me since that varies
Support. 01:37:37
Hard to say, it's still easter in a lot of countries so it can be delayed a bit
Support. 01:37:43
Still don't think it'll be more than a few days
Support. 01:37:50
During next week most likely
Support. 01:40:41
But the pay order itself was issued as soon as it was approved
me 01:44:34
If you could, what part of the terms and conditions mentions $500 withdrawal limit? I didn't see it, but maybe accidentally missed it.
me 01:44:57
It looks like it starts at $1000 :\
me 01:45:15
weekly
Support. 01:47:07
7.7.4 The maximum withdrawal limits, depending on the Member’s VIP level are:
7.7.4.1 VIP Bronze level Members have up to a $1,000 maximum weekly withdrawal limit;
Support. 01:47:16
Up to being the key word there
me 01:47:25
lol
me 01:47:30
ok
me 01:47:46
well.. it is what it is.

Oops, did we go from 40 weeks to 80 then to get paid. That's 1½ year

I just hope you're stubborn enough to wait this out. See it as an extra income and nothing else.
Just make sure they don't have any rule that say that if you're not active with depositing or playing, that they have the right to confiscate all the money.
I have heard of that happening before so please be careful.

That's so sketchy.

So, my first withdrawal by ACH took dreadfully long; but, the second wasn't bad at all. The funds have settled in my account. I think SS has some fun games, but, they really need to modify their terms & service dealing with maximum withdrawals, and also give players a concrete way to measure their progression to different tiers. Not doing so is only going to piss players off. Would I deposit there again? Possibly with a modified T&C. Club World Casinos have all of their policies and bonus information laid out.. That's something I appreciate very much. Also, as a mac user I only have access to the flash web-based interface, but it's great! Last month I withdrew from club world--no problems at all.
Grand Eagle is another casino I enjoy. I especially like their mac compatible software. Haven't made a withdrawal yet.

I'm glad to see your finally getting paid. I hope you can resist the urge to play there any more at least until you have been paid in full. Keep in mind that if you win it will just drag it out by many more months and years. Who knows if they will even be around in another year or 2 to finish paying you.

I would pester them at least once a month to bump up the payout amount and remind them that you like the games but wont be playing again until your paid in full. If they want any of that action back it would be in their best interest to pay you in a more timely manner.

SunSet O.M.G

How can you be happy with that outcome :eek2: That is the dodgiest story of a casino I've read all year. It should be illegal to run a site with such bs terms  Thank you for sharing your story I will never deposit in a shady casino like that. Especially after reading this...

Thread seems to be a few months old by now. Wonder what happened in the end?
