Question strange fire queen situation

Hello Casinomeister!. My first post here tho i have been lurking this fine forum for ages.

Finally something worthy of writing something here happened . Just had a very strange thing happening on fire queen at casumo.

Started the spin then went away to help my daughter for 30 seconds. When i got back i saw that i had won free spins and it just finished with a 4.5 euro win ( 0.5 € stake). However when the screen went back to the ordinary game screen and showed the spin that triggered the free spins i noticed i had a full screen of queens (wilds) on the left reels and three scatter symbols on the right. If that was indeed the spin that triggered my free spins it should have awarded 20 spins with locked wilds on the left side right ?(which is more or less the perfect hit on this slot) . I asked support if they could check my history and they are on it so i just wanted to ask here to make sure i am indeed right that it should have triggered 20 spins?

excuse me for butting in, as I realise this was asked to Casinomeister. But if what you say is true then yes you should have received 20 free spins.

Matching symbols on positions 1,2,3,4 and scatters on reels 9, 10 and 11.

However, if you werent there to see the free spins, how do you know you didn't get them?

I wasnt aware this was a question directed to casinomeister sorry. (My first post here)
I didnt take a screen shot sadly so there is nothing other than the log of the game session that will answer this i guess. Im tempted to say i know what i saw but i guess it will make me look silly if the log shows something else

Regarding the trigger. No it didnt trigger 20 spins it triggered 5 from the ordinary scatter.(reason i know is because of how little time passed and how little it payed) I didnt see this as I was away at the moment. However when i got back and saw the last spin finishing and i got back to the screen that triggered it thats when i noticed all the wilds and the scatters at the same screen.(banging head on desk for not screenshotting).

Thanks for confirming that if what I saw was right it should have been the 20 spins with locked wilds.
Will be interesting to hear what the support guy will find out when he checks the log. Either it will be a happy story or I will sound crazy and leave this place in shame

I'm sorry, but what you are saying is not possible. If you had 4 reels with wilds locked on position 1-4 or 5-8 that would mean you have 5 spins where all 8 reels from 1-8 would bee wild (since wild transfers). At a stake of €0.50 (min bet) the minimum win per spin then is 100 lines with 3 of a kind 10's which pays €0.02 per line = €2.00 per spin or €10.00 per 5 spin (as a minimum) - So there is something wrong with your story.

I didnt get the locked/transfering wilds during the feature at all. It didnt trigger as the right feature, it triggered as a regular free spin round. I dont think there is a play log available to the players at Casumo. Anyway i talked to Carl at Casumo and he said he would check it so we will see.
