Star Quest 7875x the bet

I am a long time reader but first time poster...

I just hit 7875x my bet on the Big Time Gaming slot: Star Quest.

My question is... is there any way to get a play back video or even screenshot of the win?

I spoke with Casumo support but are unable to get a playback?

When the spin happened, all reels just continued spinning and never stopped. I thought my internet disconnected or the server from BTG had an error so I pressed F5. The game was reloaded. No message about interrupted play and did not replay the spin.

My balance went up by 4725 euro but I thought Casumo logged me out and it was that fake play money... it was not.
I contacted support and they verified the spin and the win. It did happen. I just do not know how.

Slottracker.com did not track it.. maybe because of the refresh and the spin did not finish?

Does anybody know if I can get a replay of this win? Many thanks!

I doubt they will be able to recover the game round. I asked europa casino the same after a big hit on Bonanza that I didn't get to see personally (only saw the money counting afterwards) and they were unable to assist.

Thank you all so much! I was in shock I have won 1440x on Star Quest before the bet before and 890x before on Danger High Voltage but never something this big... so frustrated that the actual spin glitched out and did not play.

What is the reps name? And what do they need from me? The exact time stamp of the spin maybe?

This happened to me before when I got a 1200x on it. The game crashed and when I came back my balance increased the payout. It sucks because I didnt get to see the hit but it seems as though this happens with BTG and this slot when you are about to get a big hit.

I was hoping you could replicate a recent win I had on Danger HV, without my balance updating. If you could fix this I'd be most grateful.
