slow response on chat

hi joined drueck glueck because they had games i play,depositing is hit and miss works first time or 2/3 time, if you are trying to claim deposit bonus it dosnt award it.so you go onto what you think is live chat, its not its like a messenger service where they will reply in next 2 hours and when you finally get a reply everything is so slow you lose the will to live, in this electronic age why?. sat on messenger for 20 mins not had reply so put another answer in stateing i will check back for the awaited response. i am considering closeing a/c when i finish the deposit that i have in there.

Hi Stevey this is the reason i gave up playing at Drueck Glueck , SlotsMagic etc to slow or even none reply to emails and then the withdrawals took longer and longer so i gave them a miss

I stopped playing at ojo when I realized the first 30 minutes in chat is always a fkn bot. Then a clueless agent comes to the party and you miss the bot after a minute. Their level of service is equivalent to their great 91 rtp on every possible game.
