i told them i've read about their good reputation, that i've decided to deposit...boy i wish i didn't now!

Hi Sharon and welcome to the forum.

I guess you have learned the hard way that that casino is one of the worst out. I hope you manage to get paid but doubt it and unfortunately I don't think you can get help in getting paid here as its in the rogue casinos list.

But now you are here if you are going to play casinos you should check the accredited list knowing if you win you will get paid okay and if you developed a problem then assistance would be available.

As win palace go I don't think they are listed and here and i have read other problems other member's have experiences on here if you click above the Advanced Search there a google search bar type winplace come up with others members problems with them .

Good luck with the help you need .I sure some experienced members will have a reply for you also
