they want fax back forms
understandable

on their website they have 2 versions

Faxback Form - pdf version

Faxback Form - doc version

Which 1 do I use?

also the second 1 would not even open
on my pc

Cindy, that could be because you don't have a Microsoft Word program installed on your computer...most windows systems come from the factory with Microsoft Works installed and will require you to make a further purchase to get Microsoft Word !!

But both forms are the same, so you can use either one...

Dexter: they normally take 24-48 hours to process.
jas2587: will ya'll send out a email that you have recieved them?
Dexter: once its approved you will receive email confirmation.

24 to 48 hrs?

I think ole Dexter totally missed the point of your question here Cindy...all he needed to do was just to simply acknowledge the fact that they had received it...not whether it had been approved yet or not !!

The help center cannot tell you if they received it or not if it is faxed because it goes to another division (office) which is locked and they have no access to the faxes in this room. (his is what I was told when I waited almost 5 days for approval over a weekend though).

If it is emailed (which now is a choice I understand, they can access this.

the 24-48 hours starts on a WORKING day mind you! Not weekends.
