Anyone else having problems with the after 10 mins reconnect for RTG casino's after an internet dropout or fault.
I am having this problem at all RTG casino's having to wait the 10 mins then email support wait another 20 mins for support to answer(if I am lucky!) before i can login. Used to be automatic and I am told it will be fixed in the nexct RTG upgrade but no-one will say when the upgrade is due to happen.
Tonight I have managed 3 mins play in the last hour due to this and as there is constant minidropouts lately in Australia since netflix streaming started- it is becoming a major issue.
Can anyone from RTG or a RTG casino advise when this upgrade to fix it is going to happen- surely it can be disabled till its fixed or at best it requires a patch fix rather than a full upgrade .
