Yes, if you had a valid win they do. Ask them to investigate the spin, and the game logs on their server will have the outcome. They should then credit you this. It is worth pointing out though, that recently another player has had reports from Playtech that they couldn't access the logs for a free spins round which due to a game fault never completed, which is bad if it is the software, and worse if they COULD access the true outcomes and then lied about it.

Yeah. I was like "wtf"... This happened in bonus feature. I got scatter winnings but not any line bet winnings. I have not seen this kind of thing before... If I had played "autoplay" I hadn't seen what happened. I checked this winning from playing history and yeah. Symbols were correct but I never got winning.

I got reply of them... Their tech team showing only scatter winning and saying that "The payment was correct". Even I sent this picture and said that they should look it...

Last week, I decided to try Rome and Glory just for the graphic diversity and out of curiosity, and I lost 400 EUR very smoothly and quickly without even a small bump in the downhill ride...

But after reading your post, I am having a different kind of bad feeling about this loss... I play very quickly, without analyzing the screen, just to fast-forward to a feature, so I would not notice an error like the one you spotted...

The Special Symbol turns into a Scatter Symbol during Free Spins and does not pay any line wins anymore. That is the same at the original slot machine, Book of Ra.
So no glitch here.

edit: you see that also, once you get the Free Spins. The text says "This symbol changes to scatter type". That implies, that line-wins aren't paid anymore for this symbol.

Yeah my bad. I didnt notice that other line winnings paid out normally. I thought first that it should be scatter & normal symbol.
