If you live in the UK and have had penalty charges levied against you in the last 6 -7 years then you might soon be having that money refunded to you.
The Office Of Fair Trading / BANKS case is due to start on the 16th January. If the Office Of Fair Trading's case is successful it will result in the banks having to repay billions to millions of there customers.
It doesn't matter who you are, or what action up till now you have taken against your bank in regards to penalty charges. If the OFT is successful you will have that money refunded to you.
I will be keeping my fingers crossed for my 650
