Kind of a big topic here... It looks like the operators of our landbased casinos can request a licencse for an online casino....
I read through my articles, and luckily it still looks that even with the new law they will NOT prevent swiss players from playing casinos in other casinos via "IP blocking" etc.
So the only up-side of this law would be that the winnings in swiss online casinos will be tax-free, but i'll bet my ass that we will not get the whole variety of online slots in Swiss Online Casinos...
