Hello dear casinomeisterians, do anybody know who the new nordicbet rep is?

i have sent 2 message to to the nordicbet rep but haven't got any answer since Robin left, so last time i got a answer is almost 4 weeks ago?

The New Rep is Simon - He is using the Nordicbet Account.

Simon has advised me that things are a bit hectic on his end. I hope he can catch up to speed though as 4 weeks is not an acceptable time frame for a response.

Bryan should be advised about such delays.

I know he takes this kind of thing very seriously.

Busy or not, 4 weeks is unacceptable.

No it isn't acceptable and I thank the OP for posting it. This just reiterates what I and others said in my thread a few weeks ago concerning players keeping an eye out for casinos not maintaining their standards they worked to when gaining their accreditation, and digressing from those stated in their accredited descriptions, i.e. surreptitiously lengthening pending periods like LN and Wintingo have.

In this case NordicBet are one of the good guys and very fast payers, a casino I'm glad to be a member of, but I would like to think that if I had an issue it would get a prompt response like we experience from other reps here. I personally know how it feels to be kept waiting days even, let alone weeks for a response. Well, at least he's back on the ball now.:)
