New to here, FunCasino and Yako casino are taking ages to varify my.

I have been playing on L & L Europe casinos for a few months now as I like them the most. I recently had a few small wins, £340 on yako from a 60p bet and nearly £600 on FunCasino from a 60p bet. I want to withdraw them both and I have been able to make successful and easy withdrawals before. Now they have asked me for varification which I understand is the law but it is taking ages. Ive been waiting a week now and my winnings are just sat there. I've spoken to them and they just keep saying there is a large queue for varification, but a week long one? Seriously?

IIRC they took 2 days to verify me but that was a while ago i think.

I was verified then asked for more for verification at the point of withdrawal but deposited for 14 times previously! document(s) sent Friday Sorted Saturday and withdrawal processed , I understand the need to send docs but always asking at withdrawal is so frustrating
