NetSpend Problems Today?

I've been funding my QuickTender account using my NetSpend (prepaid) card since NetSpend sent a notice over the summer that they would no longer fund to casino accounts. I have had no problems funding QT since, but this afternoon my deposits are being denied. I'm hopeful that NS is just "down" for awhile. Anyone else having problems or know anything concerning this?

Thanks!

No Way?

It couldn't possibly be b/c of election day yesterday?!? No, I'm overthinking it, I hope:)..I know their system goes down occasionally, so I'm hopeful that's the problem. Please post if you are able to make a deposit.

Thanks!

I just tried..denied. Never had the problem before. Went to their (NS)website to see if anything is posted..nothing. Gosh, I hope this is just a short term problem.

NS Still works at High Noon, that I know of...won't work with QT for me, either.

I just tried the following Poker Rooms, and NS was declined each time. Something has definitely changed, as NS worked without a hitch before at these same rooms:

Full Tilt Poker
PokerStars
Bodog
Players Only

However, NS WILL work at Cake Poker.

I've read on another forum. That VISA is starting to block online gaming. VISA no longer works for US players at Rival casinos. The days are numbered. And I read also where banks are switching people over to Mastercard until VISA fully impliment gambling blockage.

Yup, worked at High Noon...weird.

Sorry to derail for a moment...but the game Loose Caboose, I think is just like when you call a bald man "curly" that is the tightest slot I have ever come across...I have never seen the bonus round...so I spent $70 ($0.50 bets) finally got the bonus round and won $5....ya it's loose alright.

But QT isn't a casino?

Email from Netspend

This may explain it?:

Thank you for your continued business.

If that was the case, wouldn't it have affected all transactions and not some?

Unless their network was up and down like a yo-yo, then their explanation is BS. Case in point: I tried to deposit at playersonly (poker) and it didn't go through. 2 minutes later, I tried to deposit at Cake Poker, and it went through just fine. Coincidence? I doubt it...

edit: and yes, NS has worked at playersonly just fine in the past.
