NetEnt slots no longer save bonuses

I did a bonus hunt a few days ago, saved 3 bonuses from NetEnt, and when I tried to open them, they were not there.
I thought it might have been an issue with the casino where I was playing, but today, while playing at another casino, I saved 4 bonuses and the same thing happened - the bonuses were not saved.

I coincidentally saw a streamer mention this the other day, but they said they do save, but only for half an hour...
The few times i tried opening a Netent slot this week, i got errors, so, something is going on. maybe server maintenance or updates

Of course most people don't do bonus hunts, and wouldn't reallyt be affected, but i assume the same mechanic is used when errors happen (disconeects or w/e) so it 's still something that should be on their priority list.

I'll just assume it's temporary, and also that they would be aware by now, and are in the process of fixing it

Same for SG, they are stored 24h before cleanup. Had that problem in the past with RockNRolla! Stored bonuses in all kind of BTG games, plans a stream + give away, and all bonuses gone.

Yes I remember that. One can only wonder if that was a non streamer, who didn’t have loads of viewers promoting your casino, whether the outcome would have been so generous?

Seems to depend on what version the casino is using.
On Vera&John they have swapped to the boring no-tease versions and those only save them for a short while (probably 30 min like Incrediblestuff said)
The tease-versions saves the bonus for much longer, not sure how long but at least 12+ hours.
