MyBet Withdrawal rejected... Let's wait and see

I always test new casinos with a small deposit and try to make a small withdrawal.

MyBet haven't done a good start.

I deposited 25$ (without a bonus) and cashed out 50$ to Moneybookers.

Got no e-mail nothing, but i could see 1 day later in my Account that the Withdrawal got rejected. But no information like "We need to verify your account" or "We had to reject it".

I sent an e-mail to the support, will be interesting to know what they tell me...!

I only played on a couple of video slots...

I'm pretty sure i will get my money, but i cannot tell me how much i hate it when casinos reject transaction without informing the customer!

Well I hope you get paid mate.
They have just been rogued at an affiliate site for "unfair" terms & conditions - and they may be in danger of losing their CasinoMeister Accredited status too...

OK. Now they wrote me they need to verify... They were much fast with refecting... But yeah, i'm doing this now and hope for the best

i assume the reason for the reject is that you need to deposit with skrill first, before you can use it for withdrawal. And as your deposit was amde with paysafecard maybe you can only cashout through bank transfer or make a 5€ deposit with skrill and then cashout rightaway.

I think it's fine now... They just want to verify my account.

Of course that's all fine. But i ALWAYS have a problem with a casino that "rejects" a withdrawal in 30 minutes but then needs 30 hours to tell the customer!
