I've been signed up to a lot of the older casinos on this license for a few years. I took a break 2015 for 3 months at Insta then reopened all of my accounts once this had lapsed. I then took most of last year off from playing and excluded myself for a few months from Rizk which lapsed OCT'17.
This year I re-opened my Rizk account ,where I had excluded originally. But since then anytime I try to play on any other account I get blocked because I'm coming up as an excluded player at Rizk, Insta and Betspin.
Betspin I've never been excluded so I was confused with that one, but after speaking with them, they said I'm indeed not personally excluded but as a UK player I am.
The hassle I have re-opening accounts or opening accounts at new casinos is ridiculous, I would have thought that once you were active again after being an excluded player then this would be known to all casinos, the exact same way you immediately get blocked at all casinos once an exclusion is implemented at one.
As of today I'm again blocked at all casinos due to Casino-Floor ,who were on the Everymatrix label migrating across to MT license, I excluded myself at an Everymatrix casino in 2015 and this has somehow migrated across with the casino.
To top it all I cant even contact Casino-Floor as they are still in the process of set-up, so I'm left pissing into the wind and no one can help due to the shit setup of the RG setup with MT.
