Hi I’ve been playing at Mr Q casino for a few months with varying success on minimal deposits and found it to be quite a good little site with great variety of slots etc. I found my way to a non live roulette game and started losing quite heavily with multiple log outs during a spin which I found highly irritating as I like to see a result anyway £11,000 down the line I quit and reflect on the loss before bed ? the next day I go back to the site and find myself blocked out from deposits and speak to an advisor who says we have put £500 in your account enjoy and send documents to verify your account. I start to look around my account and come across my deposit limits which are quite confusing as there is a daily/weekly/monthly one I notice I set my weekly one to £1000 when I joined ?? My question is why would a reputable casino not implement this limit during my play and loss of £11,000 in a few hours I’m not a bad loser I’ve lost a lot over the years and taken it on the chin but do feel a bit aggrieved as I set the limit any suggestions would be appreciated I’ve enclosed a pic of my deposit section

I’m not sure I thought they would of informed me if that was the case I’ve asked them to explain the situation I’m not here to moan about the loss I chose to play but if it was in place then it should of kicked in surely

If you don’t remember setting one then I guess this is it.
