According to black-white-casino’s ‘about us’ page, the operator is owned by williambet.net Anjouan (Comores) and claims licensing and regulation under the “Anjouan Lotteries and Gaming Authority” despite carrying both the Malta Gaming Authority and Gibraltar logos.
