Fellow CM-ers, i would like to hear your thoughts on this one.

So i opened acc on Locowin casino from Gammix Limited a company incorporated under the laws of Malta with registration number C68405.
What is weird, fact that old netent slots are under MGA, but all "new" slots are not under Malta license (you get pop up), from Berryburst max to DOA 2 (DOA 1 is under MGA),Narcos etc., and also all MG is not under Malta, same goes from Pragmatic, Quickspin etc. ( its easy to check also in demo mode)

I personally dont feel good when i play same provider (Netent) under two license, also i have asked support via email under what license are those slots that are not running under MGA never got respond.

Also when you check for Southpark its there, says new slot??, but you cant open it just fyi.

So do you think that is normal and ok to run MGA license casino that have basically only limited number of slots under MGA.?

Not attacking casino or group, not saying they are scamming I just find it little bit odd.

The Casino games, Microgaming and Evolution are provided by Gammix STS B.V registered at Dr. Hugenholtzweg Z/N, Curacao under the license No. 1668/JAZ issued to Curacao eGaming, authorized and regulated by the Government of Curacao.

That would have me running like a leopard from them.
5k monthly withdrawal limit would do the same.

Do they use a skin from MTST as they look extremely similar

Not sure why I cant tag the rep, but you can pm him here

Yes, I suggested make a thread after advising that this looks like a bent aggregator being used, offering those old Netent reverse-engineered slot catalogues, which is why South Park appears on the list. I also noticed the server isn't kosher for most games, all developers. Of course, the 1668/JAZ 'license' tells you the rest....

Remember there was the 21bets? thread where the same kind of thing happened, MGA license and a bent MGA licensed aggregator has infiltrated the supply chain.

Their MGA license was for sportsbetting I'm pretty sure, while curacao was behind their slots "license".
And they had bent netents + novos, both of which has been gone since that thread.

Yep, thanks for the reminder. The bent aggregator in that case was blamed, but the aggregator still exists and always will as long as these 1668/JAZ shithole sites provide custom.

ty for reply, from last month Fairplay is not under Gammix anymore, "Fairplay Casino is operated by FPO Gambling Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Malta with registration number C68913", and they only have netent and mg now, and they dont have pop up anymore that say game is not under MGA...

This is what the MGA is trying to change in 2019. E.g. Videoslots switched all games at the beginning of 2019.

The new regulations says that any casino operating under an MGA licence must offer only games from providers who also have an MGA licence. This is part of that, forgot where the entire thing was mentioned:
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

Hence, LocoWin should not offer games that are not running under a MGA licence.

Can't remember either what the grace period was to implement the new regulation.
