Interesting. Hadn't thought of it like that. I always thought of both meaning "live dealer casinos".

I'm with Simmo!, I have used the terms to mean the same in the context of online gaming. Otherwise I use "land based"

Live casino is just a short way of saying live dealer casino.. same thing.

'Real' casinos are often referred to online as B&M or 'Bricks and mortar' casinos.

I don't think there are any current live webcam casinos for US players.
CasinoWebcam used to accept USA, but no more.
