Say what you will about the casino itself love it or hate it, I have my issues with them and their latest slots BUT I cannot fault Karolina who is still honest as the day is long. Messaged her I wasn't getting emails anymore and been depositing but nothing and no emails nothing just quiet so she had manager manually enter it and fixed and gave me $100 free no strings attached just had to play it win or lose. I played it and started winning (amazingly that tends to happen with comps) BUT I was going to be honest and just played it for several hours on and off lost and won around $1k with that 100 NO not all at once hell I would have cashed out it was throughout the several hours of play because for me its about wanting to just relax play a few slots for a couple hour (not a couple minutes) and just have some fun if I win great if I lose (well that depends on whether the slots being shady)

BUT its good to see that some customer service reps are just that, stellar customer service reps. TY
