just to mention as per our T&cs, all big wins are checked by the game provider so there could be some delays in getting paid

The rep has already said it, but larger wins (particularly those over £2000) will be subject to additional checks - this isn't exclusive to PlayOJO and includes some regulatory requirements (that is, from the UKGC).

Hopefully it won't take too much longer... congrats on the win!
