Really, 10:30 AM CST and the cashier at Manhattan Slots is gone for the day. Let the delays begin! Anyone betting that this does not get processed until next week?

Me: I'm OK. Just checking on my pending cashout?
Me: Wondering if it will be processed before the weekend
Cobie: I see you requested this for paymycard on the 23rd for $650
Me: That is correct
Cobie: I will need to email the cashiers for you as they have left for the day or you can check back tomorrow?
Me: If you could email them please, that would be great!
Cobie: Ok, I will do that for you
Me: TYVM, will check in tomorrow morning
 
Not like land based where cashiers are on duty 24/7... Online casino cashiers are overseas and thus work nothing similar to the daylight/working hours of our USA time zones.
 
Thanks guys...its just frustrating! Why do they have to sit on withdrawls for more than 48 hours. Here's hoping they process it tomorrow!

If it were me I would take the initiative and be proactive.

Send an email now to [email protected] so that they see it first thing when they come in on Friday.

I usually made the attn line something to the effect of 1st request, 2nd request, etc. That way you have direct communication and documentation of the timeline from the point your withdrawal goes beyond the 48 hour pending time.

I always tried to be pleasant, but precise and professional regarding my communications to a specific department.

Would like to know how things turn out for you tomorrow.

Excellent advice from you! I got an email from the cashier this morning that my request was processed. I normally just use live help, not anymore!
