Is Dream Vegas any good?

Mrs used to play there a lot - they're pretty sound and only (only) stopped due to getting a SOW (IIRC correctly, unlike some places, they did the right thing - paid the withdrawal and then locked the account)

Bonus offers aren't as good as maybe some of the others in the Group, but never had an issue getting paid. IIRC they pay the next working day? (maybe that's changed since the last time)

Nowt special, but solid enough in a sea of mediocrity :p

anyone played at dream vegas, are they good/bad or leave alone.
Hi , i would keep away, i just opened an account, i lost the money i deposited, but carried on with the new customer promotion bonus and I won £2400, after completing the wager rules i withdrew £2300 which they are now refusing to honour and have removed my account balance and reset it to my initial £40 that I deposited. I am now waiting on a response, it will update. For now I woul advise everyone to keep away, very dishonest site.

Maybe this will get moved to your own thread for your own issue as answering a 3 year old time sensitive question is probably moot.

What game(s) did you play and what bet sizes did you use?

Most White Hat sites allow 5 max bet during the sign up and then if the reloads don't mention a max bet it defaults to 20% of the deposit (or atleast that is what the terms were the last time I played).

Whenever you take a promotional bonus, make sure to read the terms to avoid running into issues and confiscations. If you haven't actually broke any rules you may have a case but I think its highly likely.

I would not recommend, I personally put in 1900 over a few months on monopoly megaways, won 7000 pound , they wouldn't pay out,
Im in process of going through legal rote which will be a lengthy process,
I realy don't want anyone to be in the same situation as myself.

You likely got hit with the bonus ban which seems to hit almost everybody who takes more than a few bonuses from any of the White Hat casinos. They used to be a favourite of mine back in the good old days of the early 2010's.
from what i’ve seen, white hat casinos can be strict if they think you’re taking too many bonuses or if you win big quickly. it’s definitely a place where reading the terms before you start is worth the extra few minutes.

Did you break any terms, short list but not exhaustive....

Used own card for deposit(s)?
Registered only one account?
Not self excluded at any of their group / sister casinos (there are a LOT)
Not used any dodgy details to get round Gamstop etc etc

^^^ Questions as to why they won't pay, suggestions NOT accusations.
