Inetbet or Inetbet EURO - anyone know on additional contact data for them?

I was wondering if anyone else tried contacting either regular Inetbet or Inetbet EURO over the weekend?
I tried both - no replies - and the new chat option was offline the entire weekend on both sites.
I know there CS is spotty at times but I thought the days of no one being available all weekend are over.
So I am wondering if it is just me they did not respond to or in general the past days.
I checked on their Facebook page. Usually if they have any sort of troubles they post there and tell people something is down. Nothing stated there.

And is there a call back button somewhere or a phone number for them? I looked but found nothing. I always prefer calling instead of emailing if at all possible.
 
Update:
The regular inetbet support just replied to me (my "issue" is with the Euro casino) after I wrote them that I would like to know
from when to when I can reach the Euro inetbet.
They did not answer my question but asked what my query is about. I replied but they did not answer me again - yet.

This is like pulling a tooth. It would have been nice to know as to why no one answered all weekend. Neither regular inetbet support or the euro support. I am just having a very hard time understanding how that can be.

Now they did not reply after I stated my query and support for the euro inetbet is not answering for the third day in a row. I checked their website for a number to call again but found nothing.

Another Update:
I am speaking to a chat support agent now who apologized for the lack of support on the weekend. They have been short staffed. It is inconvenient at best but I do have some understanding for this.
I do hope they now fulfill my initial request I tried to contact them all weekend and for three days straight without reply. Anything else would be unsatisfying at best at this point.

After dealing with the issue all day - was nothing resolved and now cant be reached - again.

Something positive to report and I believe credit should be given where credit is due.

After finally reaching them yesterday did they resolve my query yesterday still. It was a hassle but I am glad
they dealt with it as quickly as they did once I reached them and turned it around into a positive experience.

How can waiting 3 days to reach CS and to have a issue dealt with ever turn into a positive experience??? :eek: :confused:

Agreed that not being able to reach CS for 3 days is unacceptable. But once I reached them they dealt with it quickly. So instead of carrying on being irretated I look at the bright side. The end result. But yes, not being able to reach support for this long is not alright. They where short staffed I was told.

Try Facebook to contact next time they will reply faster
