Well, it wasn't blocked in Thailand. It's not available to me here in Canada.

I have no idea if they are supposed to block Canadian residents, or players playing from Canada.

It's 32Red, it's not like I signed up there from Thailand, or had any worries they'd pay for a win if I was allowed to play the game.

I actually played quite a lot of it, as it was a favourite of mine before it's withdrawal from our market. Has something to do with the landbased casinos here having Playboy Slots, except they are not the same game, just the same brand. Saw new to me Playboys progressive slots at Woodbine this fall, entirely different game, and I was familiar with some other Playboy slots many years ago too before the online was launched.
 
Hi all,

I have been talking with our contact at Microgaming, and they confirmed that the progress from desktop will not follow to the mobile version. Their reason behind this is because this is a new html5 client while desktop still will be flash.

And when the HTML5 version replaces the Flash version on desktop, in the very near future. All those 'achievements' from flash will disappear.

You and the other casino reps should get ready for some serious earache from customers. :eek:

Do achievements actually account for anything - like free money or spins? I've never really paid them much attention as they usually only remind me that once, in the distant past, I had a nice win!

I'm a bit old school with gambling - the punter places a bet, if casino/bookies accept the bet and punter wins, the casino/bookies pay out. Simples! All the added stuff on the side like bonuses and achievements only causes more aggro.

Hopefully these slots upgrades to HTML5 work ok. DoA on HTML5 seems to work good, although noted re comments on all the extra 'scatters' and eye candy popping up for display above/below the win lines. Presume IR will start displaying more scatters or wilds in the same positions and hardly ever appearing on the win lines!

The achievement in question is the progress through the different bonus features. Whereby you get to choose the feature you want to play

Not the paytable achievements although some casinos, such as Betat, do pay for a completed paytable
 
Does it actually matter what feature you pick though, Sarah would pay exactly the same as Amber no matter which you choose, so I thought?

Ah ha, the bonus progress section, gotcha. Wouldn't be a bad thing wiping that, gives me something to complete again, although Troy is my favourite feature.

I have a VERY strong feeling there will be a fresh 'Achievements wiped out' type thread soon.

Although there will be opportunists out in droves, I feel that any player with a decent deposit history at casino 'X' should be realistically comped.

When (not if) these 'wipe outs' happen I hope the relevant casino peeps / managers / reps appreciate just how much time, effort and money goes into building up of said achievements.

I have pretty much 'gold' pay tables (minus the 5 scatters / 5 wilds) at around 15-20 casinos and not just Immortal Romance either. Just imagine the volume of spins gone into those to get to this stage!

I for one NEVER choose all wins x5 (Amber, Coffee Chocs, Kimi etc) so there's 5 x 20 feature triggers needed straight off, can't manage bloody one these days.

Anyone know if Jurassic Park will be HTML5'ed or is it already so from release? - Shudder at the thought of having to trigger 25 bonus rounds at the same 15-20 casinos before I get to choose my own Dinosaur again!

Edit: Just had this come thru via e-mail, made me laugh :)

Played this on the bus this afternoon (30p a spin) and got the bonus after 3 spins and won a grand total of £1.10 :p

Same old Immortal Romance and like Thunderstruck II it has that terrible bug when you know you're gonna get 2/3 scatters and a win in the bonus!
 
I've just tried it at Videoslots on my Iphone (7).
It refused to load using Safari.
Managed to load it using Chrome. But it wouldn't go full screen. So I only got 3/4 of the screen showing the game, and 1/4 of the screen showing the address bar etc. which made the balance almost unreadable, and gave me eye strain. And the sound disappeared after a few minutes.

They have done a good job though. It is almost identical to the original. But I'd have to be pretty desperate to gamble, to play it on my mobile again.

I went 950 spins with no bonus just now. Had one wild desire that covered the 1st,4th and 5th and no win!

I got some base game hits so was only down a bit
 
Reminds me of my 3 reel WD where reels 3,4 & 5 went wild on a £3.00 bet, but no win!

Very annoying!!

I actually did ok on it at Videoslots. I only deposited £50, and played minimum bets.

But in around 400 spins, I had 7 bonus rounds. Peaked at about £140. But withdrew at £100, because I couldn't bear to play it any longer on a phone

Good god it's awful, i tried it on 32red and had way more luck but I've played it at least 5 times for a good hour at a time on casumo now and have only had two bonus rounds

Definitely , no doubt about it. Tried it again this morning. Still no bonus, one wild desire (one reel no win) and this is the fifth or sixth time I've played it.
I have most the achievements golded out bar the bonus/wilds and that blue shirted lad on the end (he never falls into place, EVER, like the scatters, don't exist )
Feckin scam. I'm convinced of it.
I'm not in tinfoil hat mode either. The other platforms play it fair and fine.

Has anyone else tried it on Casumo?

Ugh... Break for me ahead.
