I was nudged this direction after venting about what I saw this morning. I'm not gonna name or file drop until I find out for sure it is legal for me to do so and they cannot exploit some loop hole I agreed to.

I'm Sven I'm new here and this happened this morning. I figured out what caused them to mess it up by emailing me before I started the playing the game they said caused me to " violate the terms of the promotion". They 1000%. Certain that I would begin with the free spins because I was so adamant about getting the free spins for that game. I told them all this before I even put my money in and they lied the whole through it. I don't have to post any of these photos or screenshots I have. It's all right out in the open all I have to do is provide the email.

Could you just post what the promotion actually is and what you have done or not done to violate the terms?

Before I paid in I read every bit of info provided about the promo I wanted to play under. It was a this holiday weekend only offer of a specific that I wanted the free spins on and another game they stayed was part of the promo whose spins would also come with. I had to make the dude aware the game only being on there because of the holiday. Then "confirmed" what the play was and what games to stay away from.
I left, sent my crypto and came back when it hit. My spins weren't there when I checked before I played so I went to them again and let them know. The other game was different than what the promo said it would be. Before I leave everytime trying to be a nice guy I fill out the surveys everywhere. I didn't start playing my spins until 6:20 or something I'll have to look at the screenshot again for exact time. I stopped playing around 10:20 I got I could've tried to keep going. They pull all there crap tell me I get 150 because I played that other game. When it should really be 100 or nothing it says in the email she sent me at 5:04 am telling me I had already failed because I played the other game I didn't actually play on until almost 7 am. If she wouldn't have jumped the gun and checked to be sure before she sent the email that I had indeed played them. I wouldn't be here right now with the facts and proof. They were so sure because I was adamant I would start with it.

She said she tried to give me the info but I was offline. Heavily implying that I rushed away when I was there doing the survey and never once went off line until I after I tried to leave. They also switched the free spin games from primary to secondary while I was playing switched them around so they were separated between the main body of the promotion to make it sure I voided the promotion. If they would've looked then and waited again before doing all thati wouldn't be here.
