If you are looking for advice on getting paid by Prism i can offer some.
They are part of virtual group who are notoriously slow payers when they actually pay.
They have a nice Rep tho who although she has not been online for a week normally responds and helps players get paid.

Hi thanks for your reply back appreciate it I have only been waiting since the start of the year for my withdrawal from them and I still haven't received it at all and all I have received since then are just only Lies lies and more lies and excuse after excuse and i have given them absolutely everything they wanted and they have stopped replying to my emails altogether I want something done about it because that isn't there money at the end of the day and it isn't fair on no one at all the amount of time and waste of time I have spent on writing to them and trying to find a phone number for an ombudsman so I can't take this further there is no number or email at all for that casino I'm not going to let this go until I get my withdrawal and alot of compensation for all the crap they have put me through just because they are a scamming casino and because they scam everyone the shouldn't and arent going to be allowed to get away with taking others money. Well I'm not going to let them.
