NOt srure how to contact rep - but thanks for the link and I will work it out and post to them - but really not all that inclined to correspond anymore with them right now - I get so frustrated and have been in tears about it all severa times.

I'd probably refrain from digging out threads on RP and give Melvin a chance to respond.

Just spent over an hour listing all the back and forth emails, reasons for rejection given etc and wrote a huge post to Melvin and posted it on here.
THEN saw your message above about messaging in private etc. On reflection I am happy to leave my public message for now as I have been involved in "private" email messages with various Royal Panda staff for about a week now about this issue - and got nowhere good.
If Royal Panda are so sure they are right and reasonable they will be happy to defend themselves in public - and if not then they may be forced to be reasonable because of the exposure - and othere are a lot of other posts out there about Royal Panda beign "difficult" over verification / approving withdrawals and maybe other people should know about that?
