Hello everyone! I'm Pascal Chevalier, French, and currently the casino host at Superior Casino (powered by Rival). I'm relatively new to this industry but I have good guidance to learn the ropes from the former hosts / managers who are still working with me but have taken on other positions.
I've come to this forum to learn more about the industry and more specifically, to learn what things NOT to do, I wouldn't want to end up getting one of the yearly awards for nasty behavior.
I might not post very much in this forum, but you can be assured that I read it frequently. It took me a while to open an account as I was lurking for a few months before deciding to join. However, I am the main point of contact and conflict resolution for Superior Casino, so if there is anything I can help with, this is where you can find me.
I'm also a musician and a record producer, I own and operate a recording studio - and I'm sure there are other musicians around too!
