About my name, my son gave it to me when he tought me how to create my first email account.
I am a retired aircraft inspector living in arizona and just restoring cars now and playing online casino's when I'm bored.
I just signed up with a casino that has a warning on it which I didn't see until I started having problems and found this site.
The casino is CrazyLuck Casino and I was wondering if there is any good news about this casino since the last post on it in January 2013. I started off with a 900% bonus and made my $15,000 play through but the machine wouldn't recognize that I had made it.
I tried to cash out and it wouldn't let me and after contacting them by live chat they are having technical difficalties.
I spoke with a guy named Austin, don't know if that is spelled correctly or not but he informed me that his casino is quick on withdraws and I would have my money if I made my play through within 7 days.
Well, now no one will answer their phone and they seem to be avoiding me through live chat. All I want is the $1100 i still have in my account that i won on top of making the huge play through, which on it's own was a 5 hour task but I made it and I was wondering if anyone has had any experiance with them in the last 12 months,( anything good to say). I have no deposit or withdraw options in the cashier on my account but I can still play with the money I have in there but would rather wait until I recieve a withdraw and get that part established with them but it looks like it's not going to happen right away.I have been playing online casino's since 2003 and quit for a while when microgaming went away. Since then I have been trying to find one with good games and a good withdraw policy.
Since it is the weekend I will give them another day or so and then try to contact them again and update this thread accordingly.

Anyway glad to be part of the online casino community and hope to get some help here if needed with these guys in the next week or so if things don't pan out for me through their channels.

I guess this is a real complaint now

Against CrazyLuck casino. I was playing there yesterday and they use the rival software and while playing the slot winmill, a message popped up that I had $2160 left on my wagering playthrough that was $15,000 I think, 15 times playthrough for $1000 I guess that's right. .
I just went to live chat with them and they told me that i had $8,000 left on my playthrough. So I told them about the message I got last night that i only had $2160 left, then they said they are having technical difficulties and they can't see what's left on my play through. After I got that message or popup saying what I had left I played $5 spins for an hour straight and just kept winning the bonus round and the coin inhand bonus, and that's over $9,000 at $5 every 2 seconds give or take a few for bonus rounds so probably $4,000 in wagering.You get a dollar off for every $1.60 you wager so that should have covered what I had left.
I tried calling them last night and the phone just rang for a long time so I hung up and today it says the number I am trying to reach is unavailible 888-247-6321. So I think they blocked my phone now and will not answer my emails. They keep telling me to check back in a few hours but to keep playing and they will call me in an hour or so and that was 3 hours ago. So I guess I can kiss the $1100 I had in my account good bye.
They are definetely stalling and messing with my head on this so being new to this site how do I submit this as a formal complaint against them now or do I have to wait a week or so?

I hope this post is in order.
 
Unfortunately, Crazy Luck is on the 'No Can Do' list here which means they are not willing to cooperate with Casinomeister's usual method for resolving disputes (PAB process). Check this page https://www.casinomeister.com/casino-complaints/no-can-do-list/ and you will see that. There is some contact information there for filing a complaint with Curaçao eGaming. That is probably your next best step.

Check this page Link Outdated / Removed for a list of US facing casinos that are accredited here and are your best bet for not having any problems that can't be resolved for your future gaming.
 
Ok thanks for the info guy I really appriciate it. I was just in the casino and counted my wagers and I got back to 5 pm yesterday before they cut me off for non activity and I counted $32,400.00 in wagering and I started playing at $5 a spin 2 hours before that so I am way over the wagering limit. Infact I did it twice over! Really sucks when you spend that much time for nothing.

update

After a week of getting emails for more information I kept waiting and didn't touch the money and finally after three days they let me withdraw the $1000 I had in there but the emails for more info kept coming so I played their game. Now they are calling me on the phone saying they got everything straightened out and my withdraws should go through.
I am currently waiting for a with draw from Crazyluck for $1000 and Desert nights for $400 so I am suppose to get them this week so they say on the phone so we will see what happens here.
If I don't recieve them I will do the complaint. Desert nights processed my withdraw in less than 24 hours but then turned around and said that some of their payoffs got confiscated and that there is a 10 set back on recieving that withdraw and it is with the other one both suppose to be in my account this week.
