Error with Dolphins Pearl 10

To be fair, a problem like this is never going to be solved by live chat, in fact I can literally think of 2 possibly 3 casinos in the last 20 years who I would go onto chat with it, Slotty Vegas back in the day when they were good, L&L possibly, and Videoslots possibly. Common theme being they all use in house chat.
If the casino has a rep then I would just message them and bypass any normal customer service routes.
Obviously doesn't help if you ignore the PM a rep sends about it though!
 
Missus had an email from someone who understands the issue.

They are sending the issue to the slot provider along with the video, and asked kindly that she waits for the reply.

Thats acceptable, shes got several other casino accounts so wont be deprived of her slot pleasure lol
 
Update. £50 was credited to my missus's account yesterday. No email yet but assume its on the way.

She managed to turn it into £400, so all's well that ends well. Well until she goes on tomorrow lol
