I noticed the other day while playing Sloto's Rival version that if you play a free chip and meet cashout, the bonus doesn't clear itself. No big deal, except for two things:
a.Their free chips don't award comp points during play and,
b.the minimum amount to make a withdrawal to clear the bonus (and rec'v comp points or play table game/video poker, etc) is $100
Both of those separately are reasonable, but together, they make for frustration. The last time that happened I talked to CS and was told that in order to clear the coupon, they'd have to clear my balance to zero. The CSR also kept telling me to withdraw and reverse it, not seeming to understand that you can't withdraw less than $100, no matter what. The withdrawal will not go through in any way.
Very weird, considering if you play their Desert Nights Rival, the coupon clears automatically once you've hit your WR.
