Wonder if this is just a name change or if there are new owners?

Why the HUGE writing?

They are still owned by Sloto'Cash.
Some years ago (2011) they were thinking of leaving Rival and going to RTG - I don't know what happened exactly, but they ended up with both softwares!
For a while they had Sloto'Cash and Desert Nights BOTH on both softwares, however they soon changed the Sloto'Cash Rival casino's name to Slots Capital - but they didn't change Desert Nights until now.

I don't know why they waited so long - but it is simply to separate the two different casinos on two different softwares.
