Question Casumo - where are all my offers?

I wanted to see if casumo rep would answer this. I'm new here so I hope this is in the right section.

I really don't get offers from casumo anymore. It has been so quiet about over 1,5 year or so. Only valuables I get is from completing rocket (I'm max level so I redo rocket). On weekdays I watch the sidebar that people get so many free spins to the same slot but I'm not offered that. There is really nothing for me. If I go to live chat they usually add me something if I ask, but they also said there that it quiet for me. Of course, I can go there and ask but I don't want to beg for my bonuses now and then and want to be treated like any other player.

I play casumo as my main casino, I'm a black belt and max level so I think that would mean something. I have deposited this year 88 426 euros, so I consider myself so what medium/big player. I wish casumo would also notice that.

Anyway, I don't want to end this thread like casumo is a bad casino. It has the best customer service I have seen in online casinos. That is why I play there.

I think it has been that way for a number of players. Casumo did go down the scrooge route. From an abundance of bonuses to nothing.

They have opted to feed their reel races and pay one player a rather large sum every evening than look after their existing larger client base. I hope they change their stance on bonuses as it is very difficult to level up every time / collect space crystals for a 20% deposit bonus or 20 Eur chip on black belt. There isn't any real perks for that. They are still a pretty decent outfit to be honest, I just think bonusing is rapidly becoming a thing of the past.

Deposit bonuses and freebies are becoming more and more rare.

like my 5th mom used to say... vote with your wallet and play elsewhere? Im sure most casinos would be extatic to have someone who deposits 10k a month, and im sure there are casinos that wouldnt be so shy with their bonuses either.

By the way, nothing against casumo but why dont you play at place like VS or Trada, as both have cashback and for highroller like you thats usually better than most bonuses casinos can offer?
