I see Genesis Global are at it again. Player electronically verified, deposits money, requests withdrawal and 2 days later gets hit with the "In order to process your withdrawal we need the following information"
""Proof of Identity"
"Proof of address"
"Proof of payment method"
"Once received we will be able to send the withdrawal for processing"
Did the rules on this not change last year? Sure the UKGC said that a withdrawal should not trigger a request for docs which could have been asked for sooner.
Not my case btw, but been mentioned in a few places from numerous players.
