there isnt one any longer ( you may have to do a little digging around.

Go to your messaging inbox, select 'new message' and type in the recipient 'lad' and two Ladbrokes reps ID's will come up.

Just emailed ladbrokes customer support and Im sure they can resolve my issue quickly
