Send in questions on breast cancer treatments
Think of it this way: If you walk around the mall and see eight women, chances are, one of those women is going to have breast cancer.
That's the example oncologist Shailja Roy likes to give to her patients when talking about the realities of breast cancer.

The disease, she said, strikes more women than most people realize.

According to the National Cancer Institute, 12.2 percent of women born today will develop cancer at some point in their lifetime -- and the risk increases with age.

Early detection, Roy said, is the key to catching it while in the early -- and still easily managed -- stages.

Please Help With Donating A Mammogram
A favor to ask, it only takes a minute.... Thank You

Please tell ten friends to tell ten today!

The Breast Cancer site is having trouble getting enough people to click on their site daily to meet their quota
of donating at least one free mammogram a day to an underprivileged woman.

It takes less than a minute to go to their site and click on 'donating a mammogram' -- for free (pink window in the middle).
This does not cost you a thing. Their corporate sponsors/advertisers use the number of daily visits to donate
a mammogram in exchange for advertising.

Here's the web site! Please pass it along to people you know.

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

Thank you so much.

There are so many women that can't afford this and if all it takes is a minute of time to click and maybe save one womans life to this dreaded disease then its worth the time to me, some of our lady forum members are fighting this disease now, please help and click the pink window...............Laurie
