Bonus game wont load?

well hit the bonus round On Red Flag at Nordicbet, but as you can see in the video
it just wont come up? any idea as to why? i have tried to refresh 4 times, left it like that for 15 min
all its left is clean cookies
wonder if the win is so big it takes hour to load up
