Hi everyone! Just a message to warn people so they don't get screwed over like I did.

Deposited 200 Euro without a bonus and then got an email to claim the welcome bonus by clicking a button. Sadly I claimed this bonus.

I played some games... up and down and eventually went into 3 euro into bonus money when I hit a bonus on high voltage.

1 euro spin, 2670 win.

Fantastic.

Bonus was over and got a popup that as per terms and conditions I can only win 500 euro.

Now I'm stuck with 4000 euro wagering and you cant even win over 500. This is horrific. What a horrible feeling in my stomach! This makes me super angry.

I know people here will say its my fault for not reading the terms and conditions etc but I actually did read them. I read how much the wagering was etc. I did not read every single letter.

Wow this feels so horrible i don't know what to do.

I don't understand the problem. If you didn't want to be held to the bonus conditions, then don't take the bonus.
Look at it this way, if you hadn't taken the bonus, you wouldn't have hit the bonus and would have had zero to cashout. At least with the bonus, you have a chance at cashing out 500.

All Aspire brands changed a few weeks ago to the same limit and a few others seem to be doing the same.

NY Spins are the same, also limiting bonus winnings to £500.

For me I don't really mind the £500 if it's only a twenty quid deposit.
As, for aspire I wouldn't touch them the amount of games which don't count for wagering or the list they have at 50% or all netent disallowed is just a piss take

At the time there was a specific casino which i will not name here cause its already on a rant post they got their accreditation pulled by Casinomeister, i logged in played with a bonus and hit 10 different jackpots BUT my maximum cash out due to the bonus was only $200.00. The odds of hitting any of the jackpots are astronomical so to hit 10 different jackpots on 10 different slots told me TOTAL scam and i was pissed and the company slots were deleted.

yes i know that,im just bitter with 888,i was a gold vip member for many years then the end of last year it was took away because i didnt send them any SOW documents,i played 14 years there,not had an email from them for 4 months i just feel ive been swept under the carpet being a loyal customer all them years,my friend signed up last month they are flinging deposit bonuses at her dont make sense,i get nothing from them anymore

Never had any issues with them, if you take a bonus be aware of cap £500, this also capped on free spins as well £500.
But I shall say they pay on time every time next day normally.
I've maxed it many times I just play surplus funds for points to which can be used & I don't think it has the cap on that.

This is a snide - usually the wins aren't capped until CONVERSION time. So the 2670 would be allowed to stand, then once wagering was done (assuming you ended up with >500 which you would expect) the conversion to withdrawable cash would be £500 and the excess cash removed.

To actually cap a bonus win and trim it WHILE wagering is fucking disgusting.

Yes, the OP could have read this in the terms but nevertheless it's a scummy rule and reminds me that online casinos are very inventive when it comes to ways of disadvantaging a player.
