I'm a bit slow on reading PM's :D

Just got finished the mailer to members for Christmas. Not sure how many Aussies and Kiwi's make up the member base but as you know, when it's winter on the other-side of the pond, it's summer here. For example this mailer contained reference to the "winter solace". It's the same as casino mailers. As a player, when I receive generic mailers from casinos, who speak of snow and what not at Christmas or worse thanksgiving (that's a USA celebration), I figure they don't really care about me as a player.

Could these member mailers be targeted to geographic location and have content which is specific to that members location?

Sorry about the cozy "winter solstice" references to my cousins down under :p

Unfortunately, I can't geo-target the mass PMs for "location" since this is not a category from a selected list. For location, people enter everything from the UK to "my mama's basement". Some Aussies list "down under" "planet earth" and "none of your business" so they would miss out if I sent one just to those who "Australia". :D

But the newsletter is geotargeted. I don't do it too often, but I can do it. But first you need to sign up here:

Edited to add: Aussies form a large community here at Casinomeister. It's the fourth largest community after UK,US,CA. Go Aussies! :p

I do better land based (but I don't play online anymore). I jump from machine to machine allot so I don't stay on a particular machine long enough for it to take my money only long enough to take off with a win if it's in a giving mood... But yes we are in dire need all your thoughts as our RTP does indeed stink to high heaven! :)

rtp dont just stink it make me sick

went to land based last weekend night out with the other half anyway 2 machines a 50 in each 25 cent bets both chewed through the cash in about 5 to ten mins one feature and a whopping whole $6 after eating 45 you can tell its stuffed theres like no one in the venues anymore even no one on the lots at the casino on the weekends the government is going to lose more money now instead of gaining it no one wants to play there now.not even a hope of entertainment or wins no to mention all the sports clubs that needed that income will slowly shut down now.

I've been getting decent returns at the land based but only because I tend to move around allot. I've noticed most people like to stick to one machine, I've never had much luck doing that. I do agree. There's hardly anybody there anymore. Less money going in means less money coming out. The owners of these places have just become far to greedy. Now rather than making money I'm failing to see how these places are still in business.

I know that my local decided to give out drink and meal coupons for the first time ever about a week ago. The government's going to allow them to reduce the RTP on the machines even more, I'm thinking once that happens they are going to need allot more than coupons to get some people through their doors.
