Anyone heard of these? Got offer in post from them this morning 150% sign up , up to £100. Seem to have a wide variety of games, no ewallet just card but was wondering if they are trustworthy??

I got a snail mail from them today, same offer.

All I can see so far (letter doesn't contain much of the 'needed' info) is that wagering is 40xB and Debit or credit card only (doesn't rule out e-wallets etc but doesn't look good at the same time)

Seems they are part of the Bear Group who I know nothing about so will wait for others to chime in :)

Done a little more digging as I type this and I'd hazard a educated guess that these guys are behind Slingo, BGT Games, Spin Genie.

Heard that there were affiliate issues a few weeks back but no negative player reports.

Pretty sure Dunover has had experiece / dealing with this group so hopefully he will spot this thread and fill us in, good feedback will tempt me as they have a huge game choice, Netent, MGS, WMS (no-one mention the Rhino!)

Yup I got it too. They are in the same groups as BGT games and slingo.
I have played with slingo for years all fine and also played with BGT. They are trustworthy but can't remember the details of how long it takes to cash out etc. Also as I recall they have quite high wagering so take a look at that. I got a £10 free bet from slingo earlier in the year and cashed out £1300 with no issues so you never know!!

Deposited £67 for full £100 sub rhino was behaving itself peaked at £500 dropped back to £400 and forfeited the £100 bonus (hadn't gone into bonus funds) for a £300 withdrawal , will see how long it takes back to card

My withdrawal was processed this morning without any docs either.

Finding their mobile site very buggy with half the games not working. Tried telephoning them today several times to let them know but no-one ever answers!

Yup these group dont KYC until you reach the thresh hold which (I think) is around £2300 if i recall rightly

but I used a debit card early on last year which I no longer have - and asked CS about this and they did tell me at Spin Genie
that i would need to show proof of this when it came to KYC - and seeing as I dont have the card any more and cant be arsed to
go through last years bank statements or get some letter from my bank i stopped depositing. Good over all though and dont think
anyone will get problems being paid out.

p/s these spiders are now driving me nuts :mad::sob::sob:

Think Nicola mentioned £100 matey, these things are sometimes looked on differently tho, maybe if you got a deposit history at their sister sites, they pay you more, just an example.

I took the plunge last night, good start and then hammered. Happened a huge 4 times this week where I had great hits but WR killed me to either small or no cash out.

I watch it more or less because my wife still watches it every season.
Even after 20 times where a good singer/group was voted off in the results show in favour of some circus act (her promising me she would never ever watch again).
I hear this about 5 times every year.

For me personally I do not believe the British public actually votes for acts like this.
Sorry, maybe in person she is a nice and kind lady but she cannot for the love of God sing or rap! It is painful to watch her perform.

Results are predetermined as so is the judges choices in the sing off.

That's why I would not trust a casino from fremantle media beforehand. :rolleyes:

i have been a member of Slingo, Spin Genie, BGT Games and Xfactor games, for quite a while had no problems with them at all except my money doesnt last too long (my fault playing the same games i like,) you win some lose some i suppose, won £200 on Slingo last week took about 3 days to hit my bank account. hope this helps

Weill I signed up to have a go and it was a very poor experience. Itr was constantly dropping me out of games, it wouldn't let me go back to the same game, unless I logged out of the site and back in. I got loads of messages saying I couldn't be verified by the game server. At one point I logged out to reconnect and couldn't log back in for about 10 minutes. I spoke to their CS but got the usual have you tried deleting your cookies and resetting your cache :( How doing that would fix a problem with the game servers is beyond me?

Not a great experience and will probably avoid in the future. Shame because the site looked nice and they had a decent selection of slots.
 
Took their 100% SUB the other day, had a decent session and subsequent cashout and was paid to card after two days so overall I can't complain.

As mentioned, they are part of a reputable brand and it shows, CS was competent and game selection decent.

All games were running well but as for tonight, not so much. It's like night and day....it's even hanging when logging on :eek:

So definitely consistency problems and not a site seemingly prepped for peak surges in traffic. It's not my cookies or cache, ok!

Getting anything to run on there tonight is an exercise in futility. I'd get more satisfaction playing 'pick-up sticks' with my buttcheeks than watching a slot crash after the eighth reload :mad:

I have my tin foil theory's when playing but then leave game to relise your loged out, I have bought this up with the rep for spingenie a long time back and still looks like its not sorted with the new sites,

I know our security is important but come on, Theres some sites I can long on to the next day and still be signed in,

Cant do with sites where you keep have to log back in everytime you want to change slots

The network was normally good and without errors, But they went and got mixed providers and just like 98% of mixed platforms they run before they can walk, And just to much to handle,
