Having trouble deciphering the withdrawal screen (only option that comes up)

I figured out most of it, like BIC is the swift code, but what the heck is TC?

Chat support was useless, only saying TC was a "transfer code"

If I had known there was no Interac withdrawal, I would not have played there.

TC should be the same as IBAN, which consists of transit, bank code and account number.....for instance RBC is 0003, transit is 5 numbers (IE:02880 and account number.....Canada uses far less than other countries, generally just the SWIFT is needed, are you sure they require all of the fields to be filled out?

Yes all fields must be filled out or the withdraw button stays grayed out.

I need someone that has actually done this, I don't want to speculate and have the funds disappear.

Edit: Apparently they will have Interac withdrawal for Canada in a few weeks.

PS: I never did sort that screen, sent in a bank statement and jack got them to process it.
