Wasn't asked for anything when on live chat.
I wasn't asked for anything when on live chat last night. Why does that hold up payouts?
 
All sorted, payment went through. Can I ask if the doc request was sent before or after I withdrew as I still haven't had any emails asking for it.
 
I'm having the same annoyance with ABC.

Make a withdrawal Friday at noon -> Wait until Saturday to have support ask for re-verification of address (while account shows fully verified) -> Phone bill is not accepted since it's a mobile one (of course this was added to the list after the fact). Funny that the first time mobile phone bill was accepted.

I guess this is yet another one of those withdrawals that take 3 working days.

A suggestion if I may be so bold? If the account needs re-verification, why not make this visible on the account? Or even better, have a pop-up window saying so when withdrawal is made?

I asked for a small withdrawal to see if the past issues have been corrected. I guess things are still the same. Which is a shame.

In a word: Consistency.

I pretty much stopped playing at your sites when my withdrawal took 3 days instead of the expected next day payment. That might sound petty to some, but I value precision. Like a perfect GT, you don't mess with correct amount of Gin to mixer, it just ruins the fun ?

They're got the same issue with the mailers as ages ago where i waited for one and got told 'we sent you an email', when they never - the promo offers managed to get through :p
