I actually got a news letter from the affiliate program of Vera&John just two weeks ago, saying they are now accepting bitcoins as deposit option. I even wrote a news article about it to my players. You can find their affiliate program at xhttp://www.vjaffiliates.com/.

Their brand is quite big in Sweden but I don't know about other markets and how well they convert outside Scandinavia. They have NetEnt, IGT and Betsoft games, as well as a few others.

Try satoshibet. They give you a link based on your IP, so effectively you dont even have to sign up as an affiliate in order to make money
